Last
night, Katy Perry and her entourage of close friends headed to XS nightclub,
where the group occupied several stage-side tables while waiting for Diplo to
take over the DJ booth for his Mad Decent Mondays residency. The club erupted
in screaming and cheering once the celebrated DJ controlled the night. While
Diplo led the party, Perry and friends danced, sipped cocktails and enjoyed the
Vegas soiree while going incognito and having fun in black handkerchief masks.
Earlier
in the evening, Katy was spotted dining with Diplo at celebrity hotspot
Andrea’s in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.
The cozy pair was part of a group of 14 celebrating a friend's birthday.
For
Perry, who wore a cotton candy blue and purple colored cocktail dress with
matching hair, Executive Chef Joseph Elevado prepared a Wagyu beef tasting plus
an assortment of sushi while she sipped on Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. An ice cream flight and a flaming Mt. Fuji
dessert capped off dinner.
While
the group requested that no photos be taken, it’s certain she was “Waking Up In
Vegas” today after a great night out.
