Sammy's Restaurant& Bar Introduces Refreshing Cocktail For Spring!

Spring Crush

The new Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar will welcome spring with a seasonal cocktail, Spring Crush, beginning this April.  

The Spring Crush, priced at $12, is made with muddled cucumber, lemon juice, Belvedere vodka, St. Germain and sweet and sour. Guests may enjoy the refreshing cocktail while dining in the indoor-outdoor living room, complete with oversized furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush landscaping.

Spring Crush recipe

Ingredients:

·         4 slices cucumber

·         1-ounce lemon juice

·         2-ounces Belvedere

·         1-ounce St. Germain

·         1/2 –ounce sweet and sour

Muddle cucumber then add lemon juice, vodka, St. Germain and sweet and sour. Shake and strain over crushed ice, garnish with cucumber slice, sip and enjoy.
