celebrate spring’s arrival, Red Rock Resort will feature four new nights of
food and drink experiences where guests can enjoy exciting evenings of specials
at Tbones Chophouse and Lounge and Lobby Bar.

Tbones
is the essential destination to get happy and unwind with friends during the
week. The happy hour menu in the bar
area offers a selection of inviting offerings priced at $10 and under,
including enticing new appetizers such as Tbones nacho fries (spiced Petaluma
cheese sauce, prime rib, jalapenos, tomatoes, green onions, sour cream), crispy
kale salad (fried kale leaves, roasted cauliflower, red onion, pine nuts,
Fresno chilies, basil balsamic vinaigrette), Bloody Mary oyster shooters
(spiced Bloody Mary mix, cucumbers, lime, celery leaves), ahi tuna tacos
(avocado wasabi crème, wakame salad, soy reduction, sriracha aioli), BBQ beef
sliders (jalapeno slider bun, crispy shallots, spicy coleslaw), mushroom and
goat cheese tart (puff pastry, oven roasted wild mushrooms, Laura Chanel goat
cheese), house cured duck prosciutto (sour cherry jam, cabernet mustard,
watercress, rosemary crostini), Buffalo chicken oyster bites (marinated chicken
oysters, jicama sticks, blue cheese dipping sauce), and Thai style beef jerky (celery heart and
radish salad, spicy Thai vinaigrette). Craft beers, cocktails and wines by the
glass specials are also available.

Lobby
Bar at Red Rock Resort hosts “Wined Up Thursdays” where guests can enjoy
samples of select wines and small bites every Thursday. Small bites rotate
weekly and include items such as Thai style beef jerky and mini crab cakes.

Celebrate
“Ladies’ Night Out” at Tbones at Red Rock Resort, where ladies can enjoy
